So I got the DJ @ my goth club play Lucretia My Reflection by Warrel

The music is great, depends on the DJ of course... usually there are 3-4 DJs a night, and they all give great variety.
Some are more dark-80's, some are more techno-industrial, and some play goth/rock/doom/alternative so it really depends..
I love it all, but I'm usually a huge fan of the dark 80's/ dark rock vibe

It's a fantastic cover! It sounds so awesome and so 'dark' and what I like most about this cover, is that it sounds different than the original -which is even more challenging to do, in my opinion,than just play it note-by-note like the original version.
At any event: This is a perfect song for a goth club, it falls in the same lines for me as some songs by Tiamat or My Dying bride that also work perfectly for a goth club. You probably think a 'goth' club is a typical child/ emo/ hot-topic childish crap that plays Bullet For my Valentine or some crap like that, and maybe that's all you know, but the clubs I've been going out to contain all 'adults' and they are awesome full of great people and awesome music. I'll take dancing to Depeche Mode, The Cure, New Order or Tiamat any day, especially after a long week of work.
Frankly, I'm not surprised you hate this cover, you're not a fan of that style of music, let alone Nevermore or WD from what I've seen on the board, so no wonder you'll hate this cover.

Tiamat... Skeleton Skeletron is a staple for these clubs.

I don't own much of the music they play but the club atmosphere for it is cool and the women are ridiculously hot dressed up like that.

I dunno, I never really like it, but that's just me. I think the best band for covers, and it's probably just me, is hands down Sonata Arctica. Followed by Cradle of Filth. I myself like it when a band puts their own spin on a song, so while it's a cover, it's also kinda it's own song as well.

Actually I got into NM because of WD... Praises to the War Machine sucked me into liking his voice a lot, then Dreaming Neon Black fucking nailed my balls to the wall. Nevermore are awesome, I always liked the music but it took me a while to get into his voice, now I love it.

Actually I rarely listen to NM, when I'm in the mood then I totally overplay them though... and fuck man you hit the nail on the head, DNB/Forever are tied my fav song on the album, followed close by All Play Dead/No More Will
