it's gotta be Black all the way for me, nothin sends chills down my spine like really nice orchestral sweep over some thick blasting and a totally awesome guitar riff, preferably with a long scream or growl to accompany it, or some really nice clean vocals (Simon Haestes style ).

so yeah black metal because it's so much more Ethereal and easier to lose yourself in.

I voted for death metal since I've lately been discovering more and more bands in the scene that I like. Still I do like black metal a lot, that's the genre that introduced me in listening to metal in the first place.

Lately i've been listening to mostly death, so death's got my vote.
