I know it is dumb and there are plenty of faults with it, but some people really do deserve it.

I don't see anything wrong with that at all. You've reached that holy grail that all musicians spend their entire lives trying to get to: being able to enjoy your own work.

I never saw any reason why you shouldn't unconditionally love the shit you write anyway. The reason we all get into this music malarkey is for our own enjoyment, because Cthulhu knows nobody else is going to enjoy the awkward squawkings of a 13 year old with a stratocaster copy and a 10 watt practice amp that sounds worse than an old burzum recording.
This is the way it should fundamentally ALWAYS be when it comes to music, for yourself and no-one else, and if anyone else enjoys it, then cool, you've got an added bonus.

For some reason with most musicians, everything morphs into being about what OTHERS think of your music, what the CROWD thinks of your music, what the audience thinks of your music, what your mum, budgie, dog, auntie susan or a cunt with a cigar and a cheap suit that calls everyone "baby" thinks of your music, and I don't think that's right.

More power to you man.

I agree with everything you said. I think people should always write for themselves first and then to please others second. That is what I do. However, the one song I'm talkin about, it's unreal how much I listen to it. It is pretty high up there on the list of songs that I just could not live without, which seems weird considering I wrote it. Other people might even think the song is complete shit, but that would not take away from my enjoyment of it. god damn do I love it.

There is absolutely NO logical reason to note donate organs, aside from selfishness. If your religion prevents you from donating organs (some sects of Judaism) in order to ascend to 'heaven' with your body intact, then you wouldn't be getting an organ donated anyway, so any argument along those lines is retarded.
