The Definitive Rose of Sharyn DI + Backing

Just got an sm57, so I couldn't resist reamping this through my ENGLe530 and Mesa50:50 > Framus 212.

My first time reamping and micing, so any feedback would be much appreciated

The guitar tone sounds good, nice one.

Also, guitars are too loud in the mix, should be about half that volume
so that guitars and backing are in balance.

Hail to the grave diggers ;)
Great work JeffTD, although I'm not a fan of KSE i decide to see why people talks much about those DI and I'm amazed, played extremely tight, how much takes you track to finally nail it or you where playing this shit one riff after another? Any way those DI are so awesome that when I run it through my amp I've got pretty similar sound to KSE out of the bat, low end of mix are quite different but maybe if i could mess with bass it could be covered a bit :p I would love to hear reamps made by Ermz ,Poidaobi and you JeffTD because they are not available, any chance of reup guys?

If any one are not bored of listening of this track here you go, thats my attempt:

only processing that i made is hp/lp eq and automate fade out to match backing track.

This is my attempt on trying to nail that sound.
I wanted to see how far Amplitube would bring me.

I did a quite lot of processing and tweaking to get anywhere near to the sound.
Amplitube isnt made for these tones.

If you want a Dropbox Link, here you go (its 320 kBit/s):

If you want any info on processing, just ask and i will answer :)

Holy crap these DIs are friggin AWESOME! Great playing, and I've found a newfound love for EMGs, which I used to generally hate till now!

It'll make things even more interesting if we were given the backing track and bass with individual tracks to play around with! Right now, I'm testing some of the revalver presets I'd made which were bone stock revalver III.V. Will upload a mix asap! Sounding friggin awesome! Mixing guitars have never been this easy.
