It works great for me, usual startup time (-BIOS Time ofc) is ~12 seconds (I checked out videos on youtube: A RAID 0 setup with two SSDs took about 8-10 seconds). File transfers can easily be performed as background tasks and it won't have too much impact on other tasks. Installing the drivers worked really nicely for me too - Didn't have to manually install anything besides the RAID drivers but that's a matter of maybe 2 minutes.
Some issue that kinda bugs me is theCPU cooler (Scythe). It works really nicely but right after you push the power button you'd get a message which says the CPU cooler wouldn't work because it takes a few seconds to work at full power.
