I hate having the flu. The coughing, sneezing, sinus pain and generally feeling like something that has been chewed up & spat out is one thing, but not being able to taste food is the killer. My morning coffee tasted like hot water with sand in it.

I enjoy taking like a nice 20 30 minute walk at night around 1-3 AM if it is a night where I don't have to wake up too early the next morning

there is like this long path near my house and it is just wonderful to walk there during the night in the darkness. Such a beautiful and serene setting where I can clear my head and look forward to next day. I prefer to do this in spring/summer though where it is at least tolerable outside at around 50-70 degrees. During the winter it is quite spectacular outside at night but it is very cold also.
