The first production was really shitty. I could still appreciate it (i could tell musically, they were doing themselves justice), but knew it could've been a whole lot better in terms of sound quality. Indeed, their previous release was awesome in terms of sound quality and again, was produced by sneap (who has re-mixed EOR) The new one (EOR) apparently sounds FAR better, due to sneaps efforts.
 
The starting of Sentinent 6 sounds like the intro to Pink Floyd's Time. Final Product has a riff that sounds like its lifted off Seven tougues of God.

well that i know, my question was: didn't the band hear the way the album SOUNDED (i.e. production and such) before it was shipped out? in other words, FIX what they didn't like about the sound.

Wow, youre a dumb bitch huh? Nevermore is the single most talented metal band in today's scene. Jeff Loomis destroys his peers. Mikael is a huge Loomis fan, as everyone should be. I would suggest you give them another try as youre missing out on the best metal act of the past ten years.




ps-I wouldnt hire you under any conditions.
 
They are talented musicians in my opinion. But there are those who are into their songwriting and those who aren't. It's all subjective. People arguing about it won't help anything.

Nevermore was always insanely melodic, yet insanely heavy at the same time...not so much on the new album as it's focuses on thrashier stuff but the others...man
