The Official Band/Project/Whatever (yours or anyones) Promotion Thread

New (mixed/mastered) tunes up on our page. Link in my sig. I don't know if anyone around here would be into it, but if you're bored, check it.

Fucking love thrash metal - Nice work, got that 80's thrash sound going nicely :kickass:

Also is that a Dream Evil - Dragon Slayer Shirt i see :headbang:

A medley I made up from the melodical themes I've come up so far. I'm planning to do make it a full concept album, perhaps Dark Tower. I probably have to buy a better computer first.

Medley

Nice :). I'm thinking of doing something like that with my new keyboard. Its got some pretty cool orchestral programs but I'm not all that pro with how it works so it'll take a while.

Just listened to the new Dark Empire songs... And I must say that I really, really like them! The only thing that spoils it a bit for me are the vocals. They have a great feel, but it sounds like he sometimes struggles a bit too hard hitting some notes.. However, I´ll definitively be picking this one up!

Man you guys are pretty awesome. Ok, I'm not a huge fan of your singing style - but that said, your singer is really good at what he does! And it certainly wouldn't put me off you at all. I think it's cool what you're doing, and it's obvious that you all have the talent needed to really go somewhere. From the video it seems like your all a cool bunch of guys too. Looking forward to hearing an album, if those songs on your myspace are a sign of things to come! :headbang:

Now to blatantly push my band on to everyone; We are an Irish power/prog/heavy metal band with some neo classical influences.

Please give the recordings on myspace the benefit of the doubt - first song is a home recording with a shitty mix, second one has god awful vocals and the other two are done live with one mic in a room - but in our defence, those live recordings really prove we can pull it all off. (If you like technical, neo-classical guitar and keyboard work, give Crystal Concerto the full 8 minutes. Bit repetitive without vocals up until 4.30 (needed to use the mic to record, cheap or what but then it goes nuts & bear in mind its all live.

Any feedback at all would be excellent guys, positive or negative. It's just cool to hear what other people who like my type of music think & not just myspace "thanks for the add" type of people:

And sorry to the guys in this thread who have already had a listen and given us feedback for sending you our way again!
