a FORUM on the internet suppose to be a place where everybody can talk and participate, and sometimes you'll see people with pointless remarks or idiotic replies...
you can easily PM him and ask him to stop the spam...
BUT the best thing is to just ignore it, if you dont like it...
i dont know this "PROFANITY" dude,
but to open a thread about him / or an official "fuck off" thread
is just as pointless.

Many here probably think that they own this board and they have an entrance or face control situation.
I think that everyone is welcomed here and noone has the authority to say that someone is not welcomed
this forum is not somebody's home, or property
but for some this forum is probably the most important thing in their lives .
