something similar happened to me last january. i had to have surgery so i couldnt have anything after midnight or else the anestesia wouldve done something to my body or some shit like that. i had to wait the next day to eat because i was so drugged up ugh
 
my calorie intake on a typical workout day comes to about 6000 calories:

Breakfast: 5 egg whites, cereal w/ milk, fruit
Midmorning protein shake(1000 calories)
Lunch: Terriaki Chicken w/ rice and veggies and nonfat milk
Pre-workout shake(1000 calories)
Post-workout shake(1000 calories)
Dinner: 18 oz sirloin steak w/ mashed potatoes gravy, green beans, ice tea
Evening Snack: Chicken/rice/bean/cheese burrito, w/ soy milk, grapes
 
just made my specialty BBQ SALMON PIZZA

it's good. No seriously, it's the best pizza in all the land.

If you're lucky maybe one day I'll make it for you.

Tonight I made my mango yellow curry stir fry and had my friend Natalie for Dinner. She loved it so much she even took a box to-go for lunch tomorrow :)

Derick: recipe:

Chicken cut into thinn pieces,
broccoli,
Snow peas,
1-1.5 tbsp yellow curry
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 tbsp chicken soup powder
1 tbsp mango Chatney
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
salt, pepper
roasted almongs or grated fresh coconut
chopped cilantro
1 mango (soft)

throw chicken into the Wok: stir fry until golden,
add broccoli and snow peas,
add yellow curry powder, stir for 1 minute.
Add coconut milk, lemon juice, chicken soup, mango chitney, and water
let boil and lower heat to medium, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add cut Mango, let cook for another minute.
add roasted almonds, and cilantro and serve over Rice :)
 
i angrily shoved a whole raspberry cereal bar in my mouth this morning when i found out the cell phone service had been cut off :mad:

then a bit ago i ate a cheese sandwich and veggie soup :cool:
