The Whining and Bitching Thread

Yeah there was a forum I was on that put in a chatbox and that has more activity than the damn forum now. I left about a month ago.

I go on some that are way to fast to be usable. Metal Archives moves too slow sometimes, though. I have no filter, so I say whatever comes to mind. People hate me (in person as well) for my tendency to talk to much about stupid things, as well as smart ones.

Hmm... Do you possibly work with something mountain-related?!? Because so do I. Also amen to your goals, I'm aiming for the same thing myself. I do all our operations work and a lot of hypotheticals.

We do some with prudential though mostly with your Schwab's, TDs, Fidelities, and our #1 reject firm our good friends (lol) at Computershare...

So the chance of homelessness looms over me and the girlfriend.

My roommate (we will call him John), has a friend (we will call her Alyssa) with a small child who I guess desperately needs a place. She has to be out of her current space by the end of February. So as a result, Alyssa has conned John and is attempting to con us into splitting on a three bedroom place with her.

Now normally, that would be fine and dandy. But our place now (a two bedroom) is all inclusive. Heat, water, and electricity are included in our rent which is a flat rate every month. We do not have to pay utilities extra.

We did a search and there are no all inclusive three bedrooms in our area. Neither me nor my girlfriend make enough money to pay for utilities, nor do we have a vehicle, so we cannot look for apartments outside our area.

We also cannot cover John's half of our current unit if he decides to leave us high and dry (which chances are, he is. He is dead set that he and Alyssa are getting a place whether we are involved or not).

I'd even be okay with a place if only heat and water are covered (with electricity being the four of our responsibilities). We are trying to be semi-flexible with our limited income. We have found a couple places where heat and water are covered... but Alyssa outright lied to John and said they were already rented out and unavailable, when they definitely were not; so basically she is being picky and wants to find a place of HER choosing.

It pisses me off that Alyssa and her kid are supposedly our problem now, and we may be homeless come March as a result.

If your lease is due March why not ask him to wait till then and the two couples go their separate ways with one bedrooms?

The butcher actually sounds like a good source for food... fresh meat there.

The butcher in my neighborhood is closing which is a good thing because he's not good. There's a butcher/gourmet shop not far away in the same street and they have much better meat however the owner is a bit of a prick and tries shit on his customers. The butcher in my uni's campus offers soups which I love to have. There's always a lot of meaty bullshit inside each of the soups and I'm completely fine with the fact that they just needed to get rid of some old meat. They taste excellent and somewhat cheap/junky. Nothing better to wake up a little in a hangover.

Then of course beer.
