Well I'd love to get an in ground pool but I'm renting and I can't just go and dig a giant hole in our courtyard. I had an above ground pool at my last place and it was awesome in the super hot months. It's not for snorkelling or playing games in, it's for drinking beer and cocktails in and immersing myself in after work when it's 40 degrees and I've spent the day sweating my whole body weight.I worked at a store that sold them for 6 years. Waste of money IMO. You're better off getting an in ground because the resale is better. However, they are way more expensive.
