I wonder if there's a band out there willing to turn your filthy posts into a concept album, because that would be perfect for this theme. Though the horror is the audience's, not yours, making it an atypical body horror example but whatevs.

Impetigo - Faceless
Not the biggest Impetigo fan (I prefer their less violent second album), but this is fucking disgusting and working for me right now. 8/10

I haven't listened to this shit in years, some crazy riffing in this. 7.5/10

Super cool technical death metal. Horrifying lyrics. 8/10

I actually hate gang shout vocals, but I can't deny these riffs. 7.5/10

Autopsy - Charred Remains
Fuck yeah it's Autopsy. I probably favour Mental Funeral but this is still obviously classic shit. 9/10

Wtf, this is really weird but really cool at the same time. Vocalist is unhinged. 8.5/10
This playlist lacks variation, but I liked it. A lot of people here won't, though.
