To elaborate a little, I do like some thrash, but I'm fairly sure more power appeals to me.
There's also the factor of being able to truthfully say "I like power" when discussing music
. Imagine saying "I like thrash" to someone who doesn't know what it is...

EDIT: Remember, folks, its really only opinion. They are different styles, but both have good musicians. And vocalists.
P.S. I think my (older) brother is more of a thrash person.

Yeah, those bands are offtenly good. Iced Earth, Stormwarrior and (maybe) old Helloween own at this.The_Isle said:
