Glad to see someone other than me recognize the awesomeness of this band. I prefer Dimension Hatröss to Killing Technology though.
Well, based on my "eternal" playlist, I'd have to include "Dimension Hatröss" as well and it actually got a few more spins than "Killing Technology". The reason why I picked the latter is that in the past years it got more spins from me than "Dimension Hatröss". I also have to say that I like "Nothingface" about as much as its two predecessors, but I don't consider it thrash metal anymore, so it wouldn't fit here.

Nothingface and Dimension Hatröss are about equal to me, but like you I wouldn't consider the former thrash. Killing Technology is a step behind mostly due to the vocals.

Nice list. Morbid Saint is indeed pretty awesome, it's kinda the heaviest possible thrash without being death/thrash. I wouldn't count Suicidal's self-titled album a thrash album tho. Weren't they pretty much skate punk/hardcore then?

I find the harsh/clean/electric/acoustic thing very formulaic on their later works.

I've also said that I dislike Porcupine Tree because I find them fairly bland beyond a few songs

i have to agree with omni here rich... as much as i've tried to get into opeth i do find them formulaic too.

the real list must got demolition hammer.
