Operation Mindcrime is a cheesy album but still an enjoyable one. Eyes of A Stranger has one of the most memorable choruses I can think of.

I saw them open for dream theater and dream theater was better in every way, even vocally. I'm not even a huge dream theater fan. How can people praise them constantly if they're not better than your average Prog band?
I also own operation mind crime, because people talked it up so much and was disappointed. it's p boring.

Well of fucking course they sucked ass live. Dream Theater is gay as hell but I bet they are better live. Fucking Geoff Tate is an insane fucking clown.

Complaining about a band playing live 20 years after they've done anything relevant and after a ton of goofy in band drama seems silly.

Listening to Queensryche purely for the purpose of listening to prog metal is the wrong approach anyways.

Baroque is super busy, won't be around much. From what I remember they were ok, didn't care for the vocalist

Yeah it's a monstrosity. You can't really go wrong with the first 3 albums, but I would rank them in order of release for me for best to worst.
