Metalstorm gave their new album 4/10 for originality but 7 overall. I see it's not easy to put out a varied album after all but I still hope the new one isn't worse than Triumph and Power. May it be like that...

Worrying about originality on a traditional heavy metal album is pretty fucking stupid anyway so I would discount that immediately. It needs riffs and swords maybe the occasional motorcycle. Fuck originality.

The House of Atreus Act 1 + II were re-released on SPV records as a 3 CD set along with one of their EPs. Probably one of the greatest output stretches for a trad metal band since metal began.

haha they did, the owner was drunk as fuck the first night. I was only 18 so I couldn't, but I hung out with some dudes from their forum back then. Half is like D&D people and the rest are just older guys who only like that kind of metal

Just saw em live. They were fun but we left before we even got to hear Balls to the Wall. Kinda bored at that point.
