Then tell me, how many? Because what I know is all the people I know from back home who are Jewish, (by the way, Jews back home meaning the 15% of the 20% white population in Baltimore, so most of the white people I know from home are jewish), when they go to visit relatives overseas, it's in Israel, not Europe somewhere. They have no relatives left in Europe.
Trona, please do yourself a favour and don't try to judge upon something by watching CNN.
We do have all religions in Europe, and I don't know exactly how many we do have; I live in a city with more than 60.000 students from all over the world, I have Muslim and Jewish friends, and the thing is that we get along and we make jokes and we respect each other as persons. If you see people as human beings and not merely as members of a particular religious/cultural group, - in my opinion - that's the way every human being should be treated and that's when racism is not an issue anymore.
I can only tell you omce again - come to Europe, travel around, meet the people, and then you'll definitely have to change your opinion.

I just SAID, PEOPLE I KNOW, I haven't watched tv. in years. I don't get CNN either because I've never owned cable.

Most of the people from the former Sovjet Republic who come to Germany now are Jews, that goes back to a treaty our former Chancellor signed with Gorbatchev; and that there weren't too many Jews coming back to Germany after the end of WWII is quite obvious, I guess. In recent decades, many Jews from Israel have come to Germany because their ancestors were Germans and they wanted to go back there. All Jews that I know have come here from Israel and they feel well. Gosh, Trona, don't try to say anything about something you don't know.
And though I didn't want to post anything about politics here - you probably heard what paper the Neo-Conservatives signed at the beginning of the 90s, about justifiying pre-emptive strikes, about being the 'world leader', etc. Thanx, but that's an attitude that I cannot deal with at all.

And lets see with that, keeping in mind that statement of yours above, if history won't repeat itself, especially with an active Nazi party in Germany and high anti Israeli sentiments as well, especially considering if your statement, "All Jews that I know have come here from Israel" is true.

Sweetie, we don't have an active Nazi party in Germany. Who told you that? We have some smaller parties with a weird attitude, but our Parliament consists of members of the Social Democrats, the Conservatives (comparable to the Tories in GB maybe), the Green Party, and some leftists. you haven't heard anything about what was singed by the Neo-Conservatives? Maybe you should really spend some time reading about history and stuff about your very own country.
Neo-Conservatives like Wolfowitz and Rumsfeld and many others signed this paper in the beginning of the 90s, but they knew well that a Democratic President would never be so stupid to lead war against countries just for the purpose of strengthening the role as a world leader. Iraq was already mentioned there, so this might give you a clue.
