work story: and old lady stabbed me with my own pen today. i had to actually call security. fortunately the cap was on. before security got there we had a scuffle and the cap came off. it couldve been much much worse.

yes, i had a physical altercation with a 5 foot tall 76 year old woman. i was the only RN on the entire floor. i had wonderful visions of punching her in the face and getting away with it. or are those terrible visions? not sure anymore.
