STORRS, Conn. -- An incident involving three men accused of masturbating over a sleeping University of Connecticut student is sparking calls to change the state's sexual assault laws.

The men, who are also students at the school, face disorderly conduct and public indecency charges. But they will not be charged with sexual assault because there was no physical contact with the female victim during the September incident, said Elizabeth Leaming, the assistant state's attorney prosecuting the case.

The incident occurred after the woman fell asleep in Skvirsky's dorm room on Sept. 24.

The young woman discovered what happened after she woke up. She filed charges three days later.

in real life i would consider somebody's taste in women to refer to the women overall, the whole package....i.e. if i have a friend who always dates controlling bitches i would say he has terrible taste in women

Exactly. That's the nature of physical attraction. There HAS to be some form of physical attraction or a relationship has little chance of being ultimately fulfilling. But again, that's simply on the initial end of things. Over time, I'll take a girl I'm attracted to and has an awesome personality anyday over a complete witch that is drop dead gorgeous.

While a woman's personality and intelligence are my main concerns, if I'm not attracted to her, it flat out won't work. But being attracted to someone does not mean they have to be drop dead gorgeous, because my attraction toward someone has a lot to do with their personality. So ummm... yeah.
