Hey Addo, what's the story on how many guys will be splitting your room on Thursday? I want to make sure we're still on for that so I can plan for only having to book Fri-Sun in my room.

It will be 5 of us, so with you and Cyth we can split the room 7 ways. The 2 bed queen suite is $144 for Thursday night, so going that route would be best for me.

Grant, did the final cost of all three nights deviate from the estimate on the site at all when you booked last year? I'm trying to remember from when we booked last year but I'm getting nothing. I was planning on PMing everyone today or tomorrow for a final amount but want to make sure absolutely everything is in order first.

My memory is foggy, but I have no recollection of the final cost differing from the site's estimate. Given my Jewish heritage I would assume that I would have picked up on something like that had it occurred, so I'm guessing no.

Oh, there may have been a small security deposit involved ($50? $100?) but that's the only 'hidden cost' I can think of.

All right, just making sure.

I'll send out PMs to the two UMers staying in the room tonight and book the room/return give a final amount after I hear back from both of them.

I'll leave it up to Eligos and mutantllama to decide if they want a separate bedroom suite or the regular two bed suite. The difference would be about 10-20 dollars when all is said and done, and I don't remember what has been done the past two years. I think it'll be fairly inconsequential given the fact that it's the quiet room.

Grant: While I'm at it, should I book the hotel for Thursday night? The same thing from above applies, I don't really mind spending a couple extra dollars on the separate bedroom if it makes others comfortable, but I don't have a preference (people from my group don't either, because I'll tell them not to).

We've had a suite with a separate bedroom for the past two years, and it doesn't seem necessary, but I don't know what the single-room suite looks like (i.e. if it's a lot less spacious) so ignorance will probably lead me to get the two-room suite again unless I get a lot of complaints from somebody in my group. I'm interested to see the single-room one, so if you're already planning to go with it that's fine with me.
