World Cup!!

Who knows. Nearly every goal I've seen Germany score in this world cup has been a counter attack. I think by now Spain's manager has worked out a tactic to prevent that.

Our goalies sucked? Yeah Robert Green fucked up, but David James was easily the best player of our match against Germany, it was our defense that was shit. We were supposed to be playing 4-4-2 but clearly the "4" in the defense never happened.

True that. Terry and Upson fucked everything up.

Of course I hope we'll win the final against you guys, but I also wouldn't mind if you win, I guess you deserve it since it would be the first time for you :)

Well I wouldn't mind if we didn't win, as long as the match was fair and well played.. But I've seen too many matches in this tournament which weren't played fair, or with referees making the biggest mistakes ever..
So I'm kinda fearing sunday hahaha

Yeah, you're right... I remember the match against uhh.. I don't know who actually, but the others made a goal and the ball jumped up and down until our keeper caught it. They didn't see the ball was in, even though you could clearly see it in slow-motion. I don't like these kind of situations. I mean, I'm against video proof 'cause it's just part of a soccer match, even though it's kinda unfair sometimes, it still gives you these moments of intense emotions either 'cause it's postive or 'cause it's quite negative for you. Look at the match yesterday... normally there were only 3 minutes additional time, but instead, the referee let them play 4,5 minutes more. I don't know about you, but I freaked out emotionally! Whatever, let's just hope there won't occur any similar situation so that it can be a fair match, no matter if it's us or Spain who will win this evening. ;)

That's stupid.. Just because it gives positive or negative emotional moments doesn't make it right.. Matches are supposed to be played on fair and equal condition and not biased.

I barely care for football but i'd love to see how fucked up crazy it will get in the city center when we actually win
If you stayed here until sunday, you could see how Germany freaks out if we should win :p

Nonetheless, Germany plays way better than Holland this tour
My father hoped for Uruguay yesterday, because he thinks Holland has a similar strategy which "makes it harder to win".

You're talking about the Germany against England game.. and yeah.. that was soooooo a goal..

And indeed, I was scared as hell yesterday when Uruguay scored the 3-2 and the ref just didn't finish the game.. and when everyone thought the game was over, it wasn't and van Bommel got a yellow card.. :S
Also, the first half was ended really weird.. in the middle of an attack..

I hope the German octopus is wrong and we'll see each other on Sunday, and that the game is fair.

Of course matches have to be played equal and fair, I never said anything different. I didn't mean that extra wrong decisions are alright. The referees should do anything to make a right decision, but come on, they're only human aswell, so it can always be that they're wrong with a decision. It's not like 99% of what they say is wrong. I just think that interrupting the match every time the referee made a wrong decision with offside position for example, I guess it will be waaaay less interesting to watch a match, if there are one million interruptions. Of course, situations like we had in that one match with the ball which normally was in, those are very critical and of course they are really unfair. Maybe for that they can use a video proof, but it's not like these wrong decisions with goals occur that often.
