A friend just sent me to this site, which has a huge archive of live concerts which you can watch streaming with either Real Player or Windows Media Player.

I'm 15 minutes into watching Dream Theater live in Orlando from 3/3/2000. Good stuff.

...other ones I saw in the archive list were Dio, Anthrax, and HEAPS more.
