Encouraging women to take leadership roles should be done, at the very least, and that is most of what I take away from that video.

Coming from someone who has actually had women as superiors, this isn't always ideal. Some women are WAY too emotional to have leadership roles as they have trouble taking criticism from others well. I think Mort needs to stick to preying on teenage girls. At least that is entertaining.
