The new Megadeth took me 3 or 4 listens to get into, but its really really good. solid thrash, catchy, pretty good solos. its worth checking out

Ikuinen Kaamos - The Forlorn

I ordered this a few weeks back, after hearing about it on this forum, and it's just arrived. It's a very solid album. Alot of the heavy non-black metal parts remind me of the Opeth album Deliverence. The acoustic interludes are fantastic.
