Sturmgeist is Cornelius's relatively new project, black/thrash metal it would seem. Will download the first album soon.

Oh, that sounds interesting. Tell me what its like when you have it.

NP: Dan Swano - Patchworks

Madder Mortem - Ten Times Defeat

A daring step
The waiting crowd
A hungry child
must learn to bow

Yes, this is all the bitter truth
The gritty sand beneath your feet
The taste of failure on your mouth
This is a game of hurt

Yes, this is all the bitter truth
Yes, this is cold reality
This is what you have come to

Yes, this is all the bitter truth
Yes, every gesture was in vain
This game is harsh and you have lost
You know it all comes down to this:
Pathetic lies and vanity
The taste of sand inside your mouth

A daring step
The wanton smile
A desperate man
Tells desperate lies

Yes, this is all the bitter truth
The gritty sand beneath your feet
The taste of failure on your mouth

Disarmonia Mundi - A Mirror Behind

I remember I listened to a song of that band one day, I remember that I liked it, but I didn't buy any albums, which one do you suggest to me ?

I only own "Fragments of D-Generation" and I highly recommend it! Speed Strid (yes! from Soilwork!) delivers a much better performance on that album that on recent Soilwork realeases.

Also, Disarmonia Mundi released a new album this year, "Mind Tricks" but I haven't bought it yet...

NP - uneXpect - Megalomaniac Trees

Thanks a lot !

Great song you are listening to now ;) I already plan a bunch of cd's to listen to on our way to NY and IAFA is one of the first hehehe! My favorite song is Summoning Scenes, it is just..... wow!

I also have been thinking up some music for the trip and many band names came up like Windir, Eluveitie, Burst, Mirrorthrone, Detonation, Mononc' Serge (ha, c'est trop hilarant!), and many more. Fact is, I'll just bring a cd case full of stuff and we'll see then what we'll listen to. Oh, and damn you for having the promo IAFA! ;)

Great! Except from Detonation and mononc' serge, I don't know the bands you are talking about so it'll be more welcome in my cd player ! We will have plenty of time to discover a lot of bands! I'll make a choice, I'll bring full cd cases too ;) (Et oui Mononc Serge est hilarant!

NP: A boring Montreal radio station called Rythme FM... since I am at my mom's office helping her out with these Customs declaration !

Yeah, my ex sometimes told me "It's ok to fall into the sand, but not to stay there", or something along those lines. (Mostly) Fitting lyrics.

Whoa, i entered this thread and i thought i stepped into the wrong country! :p
