it explains why you don't hate many bands... cuz you aren't familiarized with all stuffs from then
if you compair Peace Sells with Risk, i'm sure that you'd say: god, i really hate megadeth.
Pitiful moaning:
Loathsome I've become.
Acreature so undome.
Wretched and broken.
Cannot find my faith.
Any God will do.
Nothing said is new
Nothing said is true.
Fly away my hope.
Doom/Death:
Stream brought words
and Stream brought meanings
Through its aether were seen all beings
beauty revealed as cruelty
Core of grief as death of desire
Stream flow in depth unmatched
crossed a statue with no hearing
March came colder than invited
crossed a realm of two endings
Stream to a sea had started turning
I use to have shit taste back in the day. I would say...
Static-x
Lamb of God
Cannibal Corpse
Anal cunt
Newer In Flames
Drowning Pool
Korn
Shattersphere
Nasum
Yes i know! I'm way beyond those middle school days now though.uke:

SOAD are not really nu-metal, and I think they are a pretty original and good band.
Agreed. I think their first 3 albums are great, and there's nothing nu-metal about them. I can understand the hate for them though, heaps of my friends can't stand them because of the quirkiness aspect.
Megadeth
Children of Bodom
All nu metal.
Some metalcore bands I grew tired of.
Dimmu Borgir (the only album I like from them right now is Stormblast)
Dream Theater
I believe that's the entire list.
Aside from Dimmu I would call this excellent progress.
I hate bands that gratuitously use pronouns in their lyrics (I, he, she, etc.); it takes away from the timeless feel of the song. I'm not a big fan of "personal narrative" lyrics.
