Pretty much all the heavy riffs in Deliverance and Masters Apprentice.
The first heavy riffs in Leper Affinity.
But as mentioned above Opeth has 435834 amazing riffs.

Hmm so many amazing riffs, but I gotta say the one that struck me the most when I first heard it by it's awesomeness was the Face of Melinda riff...where it goes heavy..awesome

Greetings! Opeth has millions of great riffs, so I will mention the one I'm fascinated with now:
1. INCREDIBLE - "In the mist she was standing" - 8:35.... I cry when listen to it...
2. The Moor - 5:12 - woaaaaaaah!
3. Serenity Painted death - 2:46.... - I go crazy there!!!!
4. Dirge for November - about 4:28....... beautiful
and practically all from "Godhead's Lament", Deliverance and Drapery Falls...... and.... and.....
