Tearstained is great. Nightmare Visions was a bit of a departure but still highly enjoyable, it'll be interesting to hear what his next album is like.

It's definitely a well-done black/death metal hybrid and yeah, the death influences probably dominate the black throughout most of the album. In any case it's an awesome album and I highly recommend it.

Not gonna lie, I downloaded it. But I liked it enough to purchase it when the opportunity arises.

So the new Marduk single is up on their space. It sounds quite a bit like World Funeral, but the mix is great and they have some interesting chords in the middle portion. Then again, that bit sounds like La Grande Danse Macabre.
