I probably wouldn't like the Greek scene as much but had a close friend from Greece show me alot of amazing artists, changed my opinion on the scene there. Love the stuff i hear now.

My favorite scenes right now are the German and US scenes, closely followed by the French and with a sense of loyalty to the Finnish (Sargeist was one of the first black metal bands I ever showed serious interest in).

Man, Draugnim is intense. Thick atmosphere, folky melodies, and beautiful composition. I love them to death.

And I will check out Zemial, because it is rare that Skies recommends a band I dislike.
