Yes, Lance King sings in their latest album "Transitional Forms" which is a very good album of late 80s/early 90s u.s. prog/power metal (Fates Warning, Queensryche, some Crimson Glory etc). Generally the band rules, but King sings only in this album so you should check it, although its not easy to find it.
I have "Time Lost". Pretty darn good stuff, I saw them perform at the Powermad festival in 2000 - Lance King had not joined yet - and bought their latest cd at the time based on their performance.
Albums like "Abigail" go without saying obviously (it's a milestone and a half), but considering "The Puppet Master" is his latest material, all I can say is: x 1000.
Probably the only old school artist making as great music today as he was back in the day.
