BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, CLUTCH, CHILDREN OF BODOM: 'Black Label Berzerkus' Tour Dates Announced

According to Billboard.biz, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY will headline the "Black Label Berzerkus" tour this fall. The two-month North American trek will feature CLUTCH, CHILDREN OF BODOM and 2CENTS, with the first two bands sharing the main support slot.

AEG Live, Live Nation and independents will promote dates on the tour, which is booked by Tim Borror at The Agency Group. "This is my first run working with the BLACK LABEL SOCIETY team and, not that I didn't know it already, but once you get past scratching the surface you really see how vital this band is and what a huge icon Zakk [Wylde] is," Borror tells Billboard.biz.

"This tour has more to offer than most, and I think we have a package that is going to wake people up to what BLS and the bands Zakk chose as support are capable of doing," Borror adds. "This new BLS record is incredible, and with everything that is going on with this band right now, BLS will be at their height and rising at the end 2010 leading into 2011."

so COB is the opener? lame; the warfield is a cool venue but I don't think I want to go see them to see the same old setlist as always since they have a super short timeslot.

Did my dream just come true?

BLS W/ CoB and they are actually coming to my town? 2 of my favorite guitarists and bands in one venue.

I can not fucking wait! Oct 26th will be a day to remember. Maybe by that time CoB will even have some new songs down, and hopefully we'll get to hear one on that tour.

Sleeper...you just made my day.

Oh so you live in Orlando :) !! I saw them at this exact venue in 2008, i like it. And yeah, they'll probably play some new stuff !

Yea, I'm in Orlando.

I was also at the 2008 show...it was pretty sweet except for the security kicking out anyone who was remotly moshing or playing rough. Then Alexi comes on and tells the crowd it is the final song and to fuck all the non moshing shit, and I turn around and every single security guard just leaves the venue, and the crowd just went fucking crazy. It was a blast!!

Well, hopefulyl I see you there.....I also know Enmitty5566 is in Orlando, so he'll prob be there...or at least he better be.

I haven't seen BLS in at least 5 years, so can't wait to see them again. Really hope Zakk and Alexi play some shit together on stage. It'll be EPIC!!!!

I'm not there anymore :(

I dont remember about the security at the show, lol, i was probably too drunk for that. I just remeber that some guys were nice enough to "protect" me during the show, oh and that someone took my hat (a green irish hat with horns) and threw it on stage so that Alexi could pick it up and put it on, but he failed and someone must have taken it :erk:

Europe always gets the metal festivals that they play at. We never get those. I wish one of those Festivals would come over here.

We get OzzFest.....Big fucking deal.

Damn you Americans..

Also, don't get your hopes up on a new song. I believe they once said they didn't do that because they don't want a new song to circle around on the internet in bad quality.
I could be mistaken though..

Also it seems like CoB is a pretty different band than BLS and Clutch.. Not that this indicates anything (CoB+Slipknot, CoB + Cannibal Corpse etc) but just sayin'. Because I can.

Yea, the new song idea was just a hope of mine...I mean this tour came through, which I thought would ever happen, so maybe the song thing could happen.

CoB really isn't like either BLS or Clutch, but Alexi's guitar playing is very Blues/Metal oriented so I think it will work out great. Plus Zakk Wylde is one of his fav guitarists, so this must be a sort of dream of his....to play with one of his idols.

You can damn this American all day, but hopefully I will get some good pics from the show and if i hear a new song I will let you know about it.

Bodom have headlined in the US before, right? Why are they still taking opening slots? Plus, they're in the studio recording: are they really going to be done that fast that they can start touring again? Well, whatever. Once they get on the next actual tour, the one they're headlining for the new album, then I'll get all happy.

See you there!

I wonder if they are going to have a local band slot, I must get on that shit neaaaoow!

Awesome! My best friend is coming back from the NYC show with me to see them here, so we'll make a party out of it. Also, good luck on that slot, if there is one!

Black Label Society sucks. COB is always fun to see, and I'm sure with rotating slots, they'll play more than we expect them to.

I might be going to the San Francisco show since cob isn't headliners i could leave before without asking for a ride. i've seen bls so many times i don't really care to see them that much.

Yeah see for me it doesn't matter since I take BART to and from shows and it's so close to the Warfield that I could even stay the whole show. The problem is I don't want to see any of the bands except CoB haha! BLS is ok in small doses but shows at the Warfield are always super expensive, tons of ticketmaster service fees and shit etc; that combined with the fact that they'll just probably be playing the typical set of Hellhounds, Blooddrunk, Living Dead Beat, In Your Face, Hate Me, Silent Night Bodom Night, Downfall and Sixpounder (they do something insanely similar to that every single time they do a supporting or opening slot) makes me not sure if I want to go since I've seen those songs a billion times.

If CoB were headlining I'd totally love this lineup but the order just really fucks it up.

Also for anyone hoping for new songs the chance of you getting one is like 1 in a million; after Trashed Lost and Strungout was bootlegged and posted on this forum if I remember correctly they got really mad about it and stopped playing TLS live and said they won't play any new songs before the release again because they did that kind of stuff as a fun thing for the fans and they were mad at the fact that it was posted on their board and being shared on the net because it was supposed to be special and they didn't want people hearing crappy low quality bootlegs of it first. Personally I think it'd be fucking awesome if they'd play a new song because it would be really special and obviously they'd know all the new songs because they would've spent a whole summer recording them and the album would basically be done and just waiting to be probably mastered, printed and released; that's the kind of stuff I'd do if my band was actually huge because the fans would really go crazy over it and appreciate it.

Well I'm taking bart to this show since it is close to the warfield, i haven't taken bart to any other shows since usually everyone i go to shows with want to drive, but then they bitch about it sometimes. Doesn't bart stop running at a certain time? So like if i'm at another venue i'd never make it in time. same here i only want to see cob and sucks they aren't headliners. i think i'm gonna go since bart is close by & it gives me something to do in November & it something to look forward to.
