What would you do if you lived somewhere that all women were dressed like that? Would you just give up on women entirely because their clothes made them all looked like guys?

I'm not basing my judgment of her attractiveness on her clothes. I just think she looks very plain. Even if I were to imagine her with better hair and wearing lingerie I wouldn't pop a woody. It's her plain features together with her haircut that makes her look like a little boy to me. She is not ugly though.
