Well besides Blasphemophagher and Ignivomous I can't really think of anything else, I'm totally mind blanking and I'm not at home right now to look through my shelves.

Oh, I know this isn't exactly what you asked for but this new band makes awesome chaotic Black/Death, keep an eye on them because I can almost guarantee their debut full length with be fucking utter death whenever they record it.

The Order of Apollyon, Damaar, and Antichrist are some of the best "war metal" bands I've heard. Damaar is the most relentless I've heard, Antichrist is just the perfection of the Blasphemy sound, in my opinion. Don't know how "underground" you are into the war metal/black/death thing, but there's the obvious bands like Embrace of Thorns, Abysmal Lord, Wrathprayer, Pseudogod, Diocletian, Witchchrist, Lvcifyre, Swallowed, Nuclearhammer, Beyond etc.

Denouncement Pyre, Embrace of Thorns, Teitanblood are the shit. Atonement Ritual was one of my favorites from 09 and World Cremation was one of my favoritre albums from 2010.

Just the Autopsy bit, though I prefer Left Hand Path that's still a respectable opinion, agree with the rest.

I just don't see how the fuck anybody could, at the very least, choose any new Autopsy album over Acts of the Unspeakable, I know a lot of you bozos love bullshit like Septicflesh and often flirt with crap like Nu-Metal and Alt Metal, but it's beyond me that anybody could consider Macabre Eternal above ANYTHING Autopsy did in the 90's.
