Captain Morgan's and orange soda is really nice, and a mix of amaretto & apple cider makes a great chaser for something harder. And it's hard to go wrong with vodka (preferably absolut) and cranberry juice.

I gotta try the Godfather (equal parts bourbon and amaretto over ice).
