speaking as someone with something like 200 unfinished lists, many of them packed with formatted info, i understand your pain.

you did it in a different and cooler way to how i was gonna do it, for the record. i was just doing an entry per year and putting the UM list with my ballot below it, sans all the quotes and whatnot. i'll probably still publish a list of my ballots at some point but i'll link to your list to show the poll results.
