Yeah, not sure why. I don't pick up any dm vibes. I'd call it an Atmoblack/Doom/Tribal Ambient mix.

Death-doom is a separate beast from death metal, so you wouldn't necessarily pick up dm vibes. But I confess that I haven't listened to the album that much, so I may not be the best judge.

I looked at the genre votes for the album, though, and among those who voted "Atmospheric Black Metal" as a primary, the first name was Qwerty100. Since that guy's wrong about so much, perhaps people were reluctant to agree with him.
