GREAT albums anyone?

Katatonia - Tonight's Decision
(Although it's doesn't suit every occasion since it's one of the saddest albums I've ever heard... @Transparent, what album by Katatonia should I get next, I only have TD?)

amity is an Ep and you obviously realise when reading over that i meant If_then_else, i should really re-read before pressing send  but as for Katatonia i recommend the new album LFDGD, you need a bit of patience with it and (i feel like ive said this a million times) it turns from an ok album in 2-3 listens to a great album of the year in 5-6 listens. Discouraged Ones is a good all round album too, and if your into growls Brave Murder Day has Mikael (yes the opeth Mikael :D ) on vocals growling away.

The Smashing Pumpkins - Rotten Apples (absolutely essential)
Emperor - Preometheus
Nick Cave - Murder Ballads
Zyklon - World Ov Worms (pure aggression, excellent)

Swordmaster - Moribund Transgoria

I just discovered this great album. It's a melodic death metal band with very personal style (in my opinion). I've been listening to this very much recently.

MetallicA - Ride The Lightning
MetallicA - Master Of Puppets
MetallicA - ...And Justice For All
Dark Tranquillity - Skydancer
Dark Tranquillity - The Gallery
Dark Tranquillity - The Mind's I
At The Gates - Slaughter Of The Soul
Sentenced - Amok
Death - Symbolic
Cradle Of Filth - Dusk And Her Embrace

AEnima is indeed an amazing album, as is Lateralus and all of Tool's albums actually.

Sirrah - Will Tomorrow Come

Hmm there, that should do it.

Albums on which ALL the songs are great? Damn, I can't just copy & paste my top10 list to this question ;) Sooo.. here we go, these albums are perfect as a whole (in no order). Won't be a long list I think... and no Opeth? Well, only Morningrise could've (maybe) entered this list anyway but sure, no Opeth. :)

Kreator - Coma Of Souls
Kreator - Pleasure to Kill
Kreator - Terrible Certainty
Kreator - Extreme Aggression
Dissection - Storm of the Light's Bane
Rotting Christ - Thy Mighty Contract
Sentenced - North From Here
Carcass - Necroticism: Descanting the Insalubrious
Carcass - Heartwork
The Gathering - Mandylion

and that's it!
