nothing, we are just anticipating Mitch's return so we can get the forum jam all worked out. Other than that, just bitching about gear and such. Also Zakk should be uploading his composition soon.

yeah i definetly got influences from wintersun. the beginning also reminded me of danny elfman as well. thanks for the comments!

yah the ending is pretty much black diamon, it's ok, Ive written that song before too, lolyeah i definetly got influences from wintersun. the beginning also reminded me of danny elfman as well. thanks for the comments!

wow zakk. Great job! Only thing I would recommend, add some dynamics man. Smoother picking transitions and such. Other than that, I think you will win definitely.

At 2:15 where the acoustic really kicks in is awesome. Your playing on the fast parts is pretty good, but the amateur playing still shows in the beginning and on the slower riffs, which of course isn't bad, you're still progressing. but it's funny how your playing on the fast licks outshine your slower ones. nice job.

You're doing really good actually, you've made good progress. Not too keen on the songwriting, but that just comes with training, so just keep practicing and writing more songs.
As some said before, add some dynamics, like muting and sliding, to make it more interesting.
And that guitar is pretty kewl!

what??yeah i played the acoustic to. yeah i know death and the healing. i actually wrote the first riff before i realized it sounded just like it
oh well. thank you guys so much for the comments it's definetly (man i can never spell that word) boosted my self confidence!
