I've gone to Arvika and Hultsfred in Sweden, probably two of the biggest festivals here. They pretty much have every different type of genre there, but i mostly go because of friends.

I remarked this because I claimed that small festivals are fun and than rembered that he goes to Wacken, the exact opposite of a small festival.

I would say it varies from festival to festival. Not the size. I know i would always have more fun at the Tuska festival than that "all genre festival" where bodom played (Rockperry). And they're the same size.
