Out of these, I'd choose blues in G and the ballad thing... although they're all cool.

Yeah, I like the G Blues one alot too and so does Mystique so we might aswell use that for one of them.

That Ballad one is cool too, I suck at playing over it though. It's a C, Gmin, Bb, F progression so a normal pentatonic minor solo would sound prety werid over it. You'd probaly need to use a major scale or maj pentatonic or something.

it's a V-II-IV-I combination, isn't it? That means that you could use Fmaj scale, or for each chord C-mixolydian/G-dorian/Bb-Lydian/Fmaj (for example)
