Yeah I've actually noticed a significant temperature change in the past 4 days or so. I'm not complaining though. I'd rather have to warm up a bit than be sweating to the max. Seriously though you're gonna have to get fat or something-if-you-wanna-go-live-in-Norway. You-think-its-cold-now-and-you're-in-Cali-lol. I-know-ive-been-saying-this-a-lot-but-it-really-is-hilarious-to-me.

yeah its fucking cold here as well, when i was at band practice today it took forever to get my fingers warmed up
its gonna get hotter at least up here pretty soon, but i like cold weather better, winter ftmfw

yeah I do love the winter time as well. Like I can already feel Halloween in the air, and then soon it will be Christmas. And Christmas season always feels nice. Everyone gets all warm and fuzzy inside

I usually sit on my hands for a while, hahaha. altho after like 5 min or so, they go back to being all cold again. I think I just have bad circulation. but I'll go try that warm water thing right now.

Lol ive never tried that... I try playing while my hands are cold but it sorta hurts, so then Id put my hands in my pockets and wait for them to heat up, but after 10 minutes of playing guitar theyd go back to being cold..

Can somebody tell me how I can record something directly from my notebook? Like when I just want to record a song from the net or when I open ...when I open superior drummer and just want to record a single snare hit when I click on it. I have no "record what you hear" option in my recordings devices or anything else. And I have Vista if this could help you...

does anyone know what the difference is between an active and passive pickup? which one is better and why?

Active pickups such as EMGs and Blackouts have a premp inside them, they are more powerful for metal. That said, many passive pickups are really strong too (DiMarzios, Seymour Duncans) Neither is better IMO.
