How big is your CD collection

A sober version of Dill_The_Devil would like to apologise for the behaviour of his drunken version over the last couple of posts. Whiskey and the internet are not a particularly good mix. Sorry for any offence caused by my raucous behaviour (especially to the apparently dissapproving Zeanra).

I only have like 290 CD's , cause here (Chile) is so fucking expensive to boy CD's, that a lot of my CD's i bought them directly from the Labels through mail-order (not E-Mail or Internet, just ordinary Mail)


But it get's larger



BTW I only have 10 LP's, all old stuff like DRI or The Acussed hehe

ive got about 300, and as for my brother, hes got well over 1000, maybe even 2000 now, its all rap though, so i couldnt care less. if only he liked metal though, hed have a lot of stuff id borrow. (drooling face)

I'm a bit over 16 and have been listening to metal for about 1 year. Got 53 cds so far. Hey..i'm not a rich bastard Have ordred 7 cds which I am still to get though...(waiting for cds sucks!)

In my life I have owned over 1000 recordings of various types {cd - cassette - 8-track - vinyl - mini disc}. But right now I only have about 150 recordings. Stuff that I don't listen to much anymore I sample parts of down to mini-disc and then trade in.

I know people that own much bigger collections but only listen to a few recordings. I listen to everything that I still own.

My cd collection has passed 650.... I haven't had a chance to update my inventory... But last counted was 650.....

currently I own somewhere in the neiborhood of 4000 cds not counting burnt copies,mp3s,bootlegs or singles (no lie)
i've been collecting since I was 14 and I'm 36 now.
everything from the beatles to slayer...blues to thrash...
I have a wide taste though my main preference is metal.

After a count of the originals, I must say I have about the smallest collection here, at the moment only 60 original CD, and 10 incoming...hey I only bought my first record 1.5 years ago!
