Hmm... I believe everyone is allowed to use a custom avatar... Look under the profile part and the Edit Options in the submenu. At the bottom there is the avatar function. I am sure it is usable by everyone and you don't need a set number of posts... but I'm not totally sure...

But for the message your verse suggested, may I say that I know what's the metaphor behind your use of the word "soon" ?? I guess it means "next time it snows in Greece"
