THRASH NOT DEAD.

Here's some newer thrash or thrashy bands that rule. I'm sure Necuratul or someone could produce an even longer list.

Alastor
Bestial Mockery
Buried God
The Crown
Crucified Mortals
Death Beast
Deathrider
Dekapitator
Desaster
Destroyer 666
Enforcer
Gama Bomb
Gospel of the Horns
Hammerwhore
Hatework
Hypnosia
Nocturnal
Oppression
ReDimoni
Sauron
Toxic Holocaust
Usurper
Vindicator

Ok, so they're all not "pure" thrash, but they are thrash at their core.

Well You proved me wrong lol. The Crown broke up BTW and they're more melo-death with heavy thrash influence (if you want to get technical)

Lethal, ftw.

I like how the only fucking people saying it's dead are the people that don't listen to it/don't know shit about it.

I like how, despite multiple people listing 30 or so currently active quality truly THRASH bands, people are still saying that it's dead. Granted that there is very little room for innovation, but that is inherent in the form.

I voted yes because the thrash "scene" these days is pretty much a tribute to what it was twenty years ago.

Edit: At least based on the bands that I've heard.
