It's that time of year again --- NFL BABY!!!

That was nowhere near the Giants' best game, though they're notorious in recent years to start sucking halfway through the season anyway.

Yeah, lets hope it doesnt happen this year. I have always liked the Giants....after the Pats of course.

Eli Manning is a douche. Total choker. He reminds me of Drew Bledsoe. I didnt like him ever since the draft when he cried like a little bitch when he was going to be drafted to San Diego and refused to play there. Seriously, WTF?! I wonder if he wished he was there the last couple yars,

I'm hoping the Eagles can pull a season out of their ass... if they lose to the Dolphins this week, all hope is lost.

They showed fairly good last week, but theres always a chance that was a flop.

By the way, did anyone see the recent Dolphins game which was played at Wembley Stadium in London? I'm just curious to see if it got a good audience turnout. Lots of people into the sport out there but the only thing that gets televised is the superbowl at like 4am.
The fans were PISSED when the Giants ran out the clock, which I thought was a neat little exercise in cultural awareness. That's a common thing in NFL, not for footie fans apparently. :Spin:
It had rained a lot as well prior to the game which rendered the field unusable. It reminded me of the Wacken fields this year - a very frustrating mud dominated mess.

The teams playing made it all the more worse (the Dolphins and Giants???? Please.)

Shame really because the fan turnout and enthuasim was excellent. The conditions and teams gave them NOTHING to cheer about.
I actually love watching games with the weather being horrid, everyone has to rely on luck more than anything. Plus they are all brought down to my skill level, which is fun to see. :loco:

snow game > Lambeau Field > rain game > cold game > normal game >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> dome game

running out the clock is a favoUrite soccer strategy, btw. It's probably the most annoying thing ever created by humans.

I can't believe how fucking well the Eagles are playing against NE.

I'm at the edge of my seat watching this game. I was expecting a ridiculous blow out.

Man, that was intense... Oh well. Had it not been for that stupid play call by reed to throw that ball while in field goal territory, we'd probably be watching overtime right now. Shoulda just left the ball in westbrooks hands and ran it up a few more yards.

Still, for a team coming into a game with a 24 point fucking spread... good hell that was an effort.

Great fucking Sunday night game...I'm happy to see chinks in the Patriots' armor. By the way, anyone else find it funny how much they were selling the Steelers v Bengals game next Sunday night when the Steelers are playing MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL this week? I didn't see any commercials for that game. Poor Dolphins, nobody gives a shit.
