Bleu Cheese > Ranch

Spoken like a true northerner. Down here in Florida they have chicken made "Buffalo" style and try and pass Ranch off as bleu cheese. It's abominable.

Can't find the Scoville stats, but you can take my word for how hot it is. More than a few drops in your dish and it becomes inedible.

I'd prefer to steer clear from products with such suggestive names.
There's just something very unappetizing about them.
I mean, it's like calling a cigarettes brand Lung Vomit, or something. Who would buy them?

Mustard ofcourse, Ketchup is really only shining on hot dogs (but only together with mustard), mustard on the other hand is fucking awsome to lots of things. I rather have other sauces like hickory or chili then ketchup to most things ketchup is usually used for.
