Spoken like a true northerner. Down here in Florida they have chicken made "Buffalo" style and try and pass Ranch off as bleu cheese. It's abominable.

Ever been to Duff's down in Orchard Park? Best, and hottest, wings in town. Served with bleu cheese and celery just like they should.
