Terrell Owens has agreed on a one-year, $2 million deal with the Cincinnati Bengals, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter on Tuesday.
According to the source, the deal also includes another $2 million in incentives.
Owens spent last season with the Buffalo Bills.
Well I guess the Bengals are doomed to lose in the AFC Championship.
The Bengals will be lucky to make it to the playoffs this season. They definitely aren't winning the division I know that much.
