Yes I know, but it seems people on here are more offended/creeped out by something that in reality isn't so creepy, yet love the gore-ish style of metal (blood/dismemberment/etc.) Thats the irony im talking about being more creeped out by that rather then what is rather repulsive to most people (I myself don't mind it, but I know alot of people who do, who also listen to metal)

Actually, I wouldn't be too fond of seeing blood and dismemberment in someone's avatar either. Granted, they sound cool in the context of a metal song, but it's more often the musical style than the lyrical content which makes the song attractive.

In the case of unknown's avatar, it's just kind of aesthetically offputting to have to look at a creepy man with really femmy eyes and lips, a penetrating stare, and a sado-sexual expression on his face, over and over again as I browse the thread.

Also, I just want to say that the last couple of pages have been quite ridiculous but rather entertaining as I've sat here home all day sick. Susperia, your complete pre-judgement of Disarmonia_Mundi is hilarious based on a couple of posts, but then again probably understandable considering that most people who are in these sorts of "relationships" are completely deluding themselves that three people can exist in harmony and love each other equally for any length of time without the whole situation imploding.

Disarmonia_Mundi, if it's really working for you then good for you, you're one of the few. But being judged is kinda par for the course, especially when you start talking about it on an internet forum.
